Paul Bunyan, Part 2

Before doing this lesson, please complete the earlier Paul Bunyan file.

Make up your own tall tale about Paul Bunyan. Maybe you could tell about Paul when he was your age. He must have had another pet before he grew up and got Babe, the blue ox. Think about how Paul Bunyan and his pet, or pets, looked when they were your age. What special qualities did they have? Can you make up an adventure for Paul Bunyan and his pets?

You may want to include text from the story above in your story. Use the copy feature to do this (select the text, then press ctrl+C).

Begin typing below between the angle brackets.

Now go back and read what you wrote. Can you add more details to your story? You may want to add one or two more sentences. Make sure your sentences are complete; check your spelling and punctuation.

When you are happy with your writing, share it with a friend.

You can print just your final story about Paul Bunyan for this purpose.

If you haven't done so already, name and save this file now. (Press ctrl+S, type a name for the file, and press enter.)
