Letter to Me

In this activity, you are going to write a letter to yourself. You are going to tell yourself about your life. What's going on? How do you feel? What are your main problems? What ideas do you have for solving your problems?

Go into as much detail as you can. Really write a good, long interesting letter about yourself. No one else will read it unless you want to share it. Begin below.
