Note: If you are a student whom everyone teases, and you don't like it; you have some work ahead of you! Writing a letter to yourself will give you a place to start. Talking to someone you trust can help. How do you feel about your classmates? How do you feel about yourself?

Lifelong Hint:
For the most part, we do not have control over how others act.
And, we cannot always help how we feel. We can try to control
how we act. How we act helps us feel good or bad about ourselves.
