Software License

This is a license agreement and not an agreement for sale. This is a legal agreement between you and Kensington Technology Group, a division of ACCO Brands, Inc. Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or running the software.

This software program(s) is protected by United States copyright and/or patent law and international treaty provisions. You may:

a) use the program(s) on any computer you wish, including business, home, and/or portable computers as long as there is no possibility the program(s) is in use simultaneously on two or more machines;

b) make backup copies as necessary for personal use;

c) transfer the program(s) and license to another party if the party agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this Statement. You may transfer the program(s) including the original program(s), backup copies, manuals, documentation and any other related materials or destroy any copies not transferred; this includes all portions of the program contained or merged into other programs. Any transfer other than as expressly permitted shall be void and shall result in termination of this license.


United States Government Restricted Rights

The program(s) and documentation are provided with Restricted Rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software, clause DFARS 52.227-7013. LIMITED WARRANTY: Software

Kensington warrants the CD or diskette(s) on which the program(s) is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship if it is used with the computer hardware and with the operating system for which it was designed. Kensington's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be the replacement by Kensington of any CD or diskette(s). Kensington does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

IN NO EVENT WILL KENSINGTON BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PROGRAM(S) EVEN IF KENSINGTON OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR EITHER OF THEM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country. How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
