Topaz Silent SigPlus Installation
(NOTE! The Topaz License agreement is a mandatory dialog window during the installation of SigPlus. Should you decide to inhibit the Topaz License agreement by choosing to do so when calling the sigplussilent.exe, you must then provide a dialog with the exact text of the Topaz License which the user must agree to in order to continue with the installation. Without this Topaz License Agreement in place during the installation, you will be in violation of the Topaz Software Licensing Agreement. SILENT SIGPLUS OVERVIEW
sigplussilent.exe allows the SigPlus ActiveX control and subsequent dependency files to install on the target computer with a minimum of dialog windows. The sigplussilent.exe can be called from the command line, and takes 3 arguments that provide the means to specify:

1. The Topaz tablet model
2. The Tablet Connection Type (serial (and com assignment), usb, or hsb)
3. Whether to allow or inhibit the Topaz License agreement
HOW TO USE SIGPLUSSILENT.EXE
The sigplussilent.exe should be called from a command line, and takes three alpha characters as arguments. Each of these alpha characters tells the install which tablet model, connection type and license display state to act upon during installation. The alpha characters and their corresponding values are below:

Tablet Model List
A SignatureGem1X5 (TS261)
B SignatureGem4X5 (TS751)
C SignatureGemLCD1X5 (TL462)
D SignatureGemLCD4X3 (TL755)
E ClipGem (TC912)
F ClipGemLGL (TC916)
G TracGem (TR763)
H SignatureGemLCD4X5 (TL766)
I SigLite1X5 (TS460)
J SigLiteLCD1X5 (TL460)

Connection Type List
A COM1
B COM2
C COM3
D COM4
E USB
F HSB

License Agreement Display
A Allow display
B Inhibit Display

The first argument sets the Tablet Model, the second sets the Connection Type, and the third allows or inhibits the License Agreement.

For example, if I wish to call sigplussilent.exe and install a Topaz SignatureGem4X5 on COM2 and allow the Topaz License text to display, I would call the following from a command line:
sigplussilent.exe BBA

If I wanted to call sigplussilent.exe, again for example, and install a SigLiteLCD1X5 tablet with an HSB connection, and inhibit the License Agreement, I would call the following from a command line:
sigplussilent.exe JFB

All three arguments must be passed, or the default assignments will be installed. The default values (should the sigplussilent.exe be run with no arguments, or incorrectly called arguments) are SignatureGem1X5, COM1, and allow Topaz License dialog display.
