Building the Driver Diskette

1. Insert a 1.44 Mbytes diskette in your A: drive.

2. Go to the directory on the SDMS Software Device Drivers and Utilities
CD-ROM that contains the disk image file you wish to copy to your
diskette. For example, to copy the raw SCO.DD image for SCO Openserver
   5.X, go to:

       {CD-ROM Drive Letter}:\DRIVERS\UNIXES\OPNSERVR

3. Type at the prompt:

       FDIMAGE -V SCO.DD A:

This command works when running MS-DOS, Windows 9X, Windows Me, Windows NT,
or Windows 2000. If you are running anti-virus software, LSI Logic recommends
that you temporarily disable it when running FDIMAGE. Otherwise, FDIMAGE may
not be able to get exclusive access to your diskette drive, which is required
to write the image to a diskette.
