DOKuStar Extraction Examples
============================

The subdirectories contain the following examples:

C_API_XML
=========

This C program example demonstrates how to use the application programming
interface to the DOKuStar Server from a C++ program. It contains source
and project files and the executable program file. 


CSharpDemo
==========

This C# program example demonstrates how to use the application programming
interface to the DOKuStar Server from a C# program. It contains source
and solutions and the executable program file. 


C_API_VB_XML
============

This Visual Basic programming example demonstrates how to use the application
programming interface to the DOKuStar Server. The example comprises the
program file, an installation directory that allows to install the
program together with the needed Visual Basic runtime environment and
source and project files needed to build the programs.


DDS_Tutorial
============

This directory contains setup and test images and project files needed for the
tutorial described in the manual "DOKuStar - Tutorial".


DOKuStar Result
===============

This directory contains compiled help and the example source for using the DOKuStar Result DLL.

DSMail
======

This Basic programming example converts incoming e-mails into attribute files that
could be processed by an appropriate DOKuStar Extraction application. The example 
comprises the .exe file, an installation directory that allows to install the 
program together with the needed Visual Basic runtime environment and source 
and project files needed to build the program.


ResView
=======

ResView is a Visual Basic application program that converts DOKuStar Extraction 
result files to HTML format according to a xsl pattern file and displays this 
file with the integrated call to the Internet Explorer.


RunServer
=========

This example demonstrates the use of the job file interface to the DOKuStar Server.
It contains batch files that allow to process some images with a prepared project.
The example project can also be opened and tested using the DOKuStar Design Studio.


XML_Tutorial
============

This directory contains source code needed for the xml tutorial described in the
manual "DOKuStar - Interfaces and File Formats". This tutorial demonstrates
access to DOKuStar Extraction result files from Visual Basic programs.
