Product: DOKuStar Extraction
Title: Overview Example C_API_XML

CSharpDemo.exe is an application program that uses the C interface
of the DOKuStar Server.

Purpose
The application demonstrates the use of the C interface.

It processes a batch of images and produces a result file for each
image. The name of the result file is the name of the image file
with the extension changed to ".xml".

The DOKuStar Extraction application is represented by the Server Project, that
is created and maintained using the DOKuStar Design Studio.

Start of the Application

Please use the batch file StartCSharpDemo.bat. It removes old result files
from the result file directory ..\RunServer\Results, goes to the directory
  Debug and starts CSharpDemo.exe.

The example has been tested with Microsoft Visual Studio 2003

The program uses "localhost" as server. Therefore it is not necessary to start
  the DOKuStar daemon.

Configuration

Please note, that the program uses relative path names and fixed directory and
  file names.

  - DOKuStar project file : "../../RunServer/Example1.ipj
  - Image directory containing TIFF images to be processed (search pattern: *.tif):
    "../../RunServer/Images".
  - Output directory for result files: "../../RunServer/Results".
