Configuration Configuration of the driver is contained in the ODX.INI file located in the Windows NT directory. 4. Limitations TCi-Acquisition: - The MJPEG module may not work on some computers. TCi-VGA: - May not work on some computers. TCi-VGA ULTRA: - The MJPEG module is not supported. MJPEG and DDV Module: - Cannot be used with Digital or RGB Camera. 5. Host to Secondary/Primary display: a) Under Windows NT 3.51, could lock your machine depending of your motherboard and CPU. b) Under Windows NT 4.0, only 8 bits host frame buffers seem to be a problem. January 23th, 1997 Under Windows NT 3.51, S3 display driver refuse to map VGA memory above 1 Meg (VGA memory is then not linearly mapped). Primary frame buffer won't be available for that reason. Pass-through is now working for all color modes (256, 64K, True colors at 60 Hz refresh rate only) for TCI Ultra Revs C and D. Rev B only support 256 colors mode. While working in Dual-overlay configuration, secondary frame buffer display type must be set to one of the following: 640x480 60 Hz, 800x600 60 Hz 1024x768 60 Hz Added support for TCI-Ultra I & II in overlay mode. Changed the DEC RAM refresh rate register from 0x2d to 0x34. Changed high color keying color to (239, 8, 8) TCI VGA Single monitor not supported: no VGA driver available at this moment. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
