TCI Ultra I and Ultra II in pass-through mode (All Revs)
		a) TCI Ultra I is not supported under Windows NT 4.0 (S3 display
		     driver refuse to start)
		b) Under Windows NT 3.51, only 256 colors mode is currently
supported. 64K colors and True colors modes will hang the machine
   		    when starting TCIPro.
		c) Under Windows NT 4.0, when in 64K colors and True colors modes,
mouse mouvements will be disabled when TCIPro will try to enable the keying mode.
To retrieve mouse usage, start a full screen Dos Shell and switch
		    back to NT.
	Host to Secondary/Primary display:
		a) Under Windows NT 3.51, could lock your machine depending of
                             your motherboard and CPU.

                             be a problem.
January 10th, 1997

Changed detection of Pci Hardware mechanisms.
January 23th, 1997
Under Windows NT 3.51, S3 display driver refuse to map VGA memory above
1 Meg (VGA memory is then not linearly mapped). Primary frame
buffer won't be available for that reason.
Pass-through is now working for all color modes (256, 64K, True colors
at 60 Hz refresh rate only) for TCI Ultra Revs C and D. Rev B only support 256
	colors mode.
While working in Dual-overlay configuration, secondary frame buffer display
type must be set to one of the following:
		640x480 60 Hz,
		800x600 60 Hz
		1024x768 60 Hz
Added support for TCI-Ultra I & II in overlay mode.
Changed the DEC RAM refresh rate register from 0x2d to 0x34.
Changed high color keying color to (239, 8, 8)
TCI VGA Single monitor not supported: no VGA driver available at this moment.
