WIRELESS NETWORK ADDENDUM TO THE MODEM RENTAL AGREEMENT By clicking “Next” below, or using or installing wireless network equipment with your Qwest DSL Service, you affirm that (a) you understand this Wireless Network Addendum to the Modem Rental Agreement and (b) you accept this Wireless Network Addendum and its terms and conditions, even if you do not read it. QWEST CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY, PRIVACY, OR CONFIDENTIALITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS MADE VIA SUCH DEVICES, AND QWEST MAKES NO ASSURANCES OR WARRANTIES RELATING TO THEIR USE BY YOU. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL USE OF YOUR QWEST DSL SERVICE REGARDLESS OF THE SOURCE OF A TRANSMISSION, WHETHER BY YOU, OR AN AUTHORIZED OR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY, OVER YOUR QWEST DSL SERVICE. 2. Customer acknowledges that Qwest: (a) is not the manufacturer nor the provider of any wireless networking equipment (“Wireless Equipment”); (b) is not a party to any agreement between Customer and a Wireless Equipment manufacturer or provider (e.g., warranty services); and (c) shall not be bound by, or liable for, any representation, warranty, or promise made by a Wireless Equipment manufacturer or provider. QWEST DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO ANY PARTY AS A RESULT OF ANY DEFECTS, LATENT OR OTHERWISE, IN ANY WIRELESS EQUIPMENT. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
