NeoDVDÅ]ªk®v_µ§°O«¬ª©¥» driver installation description for WinXP

1.  Insert the IEEE 1394 Cardbus into the PC Card slot(PCMCIA slot). Windows
    system will auto detect new hardware and install IEEE1394 driver correctly.
2.  Double-click system of Control-Panel and click the Hardware tab.
3.  Click the [Device Manager...] button.
4.  Double-click "IEEE1394 Bus host controllers" icon. You can find a
    "Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller" string
    and click it with right button of the mouse.
5.  Select Update Driver... on the pop menu.
    Or click Update Driver... button on the toolbar.
6.  Check [Install from a list of specific location(Advanced)] and click next.
7.  Check [Don't search. I will choose the driver to install] and click next.
8.  Click the [Have Disk...] button.
9.  Insert IEEE 1394 cardbus driver disk into floopy disk.
10. Copy manufacturer's files from a:\WinXp and click OK.
11. Select "NeoDVDÅ]ªk®v_µ§°O«¬ª©¥»" and click next
    on the dialog.
12. Click [Continue Anyway] button on the Hardware Installation dialog.
13. Click [Finish] button.
14. You have completed the installation of driver.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
