This is release 3.23Q (B20) of the NeoMagic NM3/4 NT4 Driver,
released on 6/11/98.

For installation instructions please see INSTALL.TXT, which is on the
installation diskette.

To create the installation diskette, unzip INSTALL.ZIP to a formatted,
blank diskette.  The command is:

  pkunzip -do install.zip a:

- Bug# IBM WINNT-014 Appear H/W cursor in DOS full screen when switch LCD/CRT
  Cause: The pointer code was not checking if the mode was full screen or
         graphics screen when called by the miniport timer code and was
         inadvertently turning the hw cursor on.
  File/Functions affected: POINTER.C/ResetCursor() and DrvMovePointer()

  Bug# IBM WINNT-013 Wrap DOS full screen when switch from LCD to CRT
  This was not reproducible after WINNT-014 was fixed.
- Version changed to 3.21A under new version info system

 Desc: Video is cut off when switch to CRT only.

 Fix : Remove check on gr20 when not panned, and change pointer panning code.

 Bug#: ACER issue #4449
 Desc: AVI goes black when clipped after restarting AVI file.
 File: ddraw.c
 Fix : Change to swap Red and Blue colors on proper revs of 2097 board.
