	     connects IOAPIC 52(Xin4),53(Xin5),54(Xin6),55(Xin7) for
	     PCI-X slots. BIOS 3A04 will change the setting from 
	     (48,49,50,51) to (52,53,54,55) to meet H/W routing.

A.1 Flash Utility usage:
	At the DOS prompt, key in the following commands and then press the
	ENTER key, where FlashFileName is the file name of the Flash Utility
	that is used to upgrade the BIOS ROM, and the parameter RomFileName
	means the ROM file that is to be programmed into the flash part.

	    FlashFileName RomFileName

A.2 Recover the system BIOS:
   A.2.1. How to recover the BIOS:
	The system BIOS can be recovered via the floppy diskette containing
	BIOS image file AMIBOOT.ROM by pressing the hot key <Ctrl>-<Home>
	during POST (Power-On Self Test).
   A.2.2. How to create a recovery diskette:
	(1) Prepare a formatted floppy diskette.
	(2) Copy the BIOS ROM file to the root directory of the diskette and
	    rename it to AMIBOOT.ROM.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
