LICENSE AGREEMENT
NOTICE TO END USER: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. USE OF THE VIDEOGRAM CREATOR SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PROMPTLY RETURN THE VIDEOGRAM CREATOR SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ITEMS (INCLUDING THE QUICKVIDEO weeCam, WRITTEN MATERIALS AND CONTAINERS) TO THE LOCATION WHERE YOU PURCHASED THEM FOR A FULL REFUND.
1. License Grant. Alaris grants to you (either as an individual or an entity) a personal, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use one copy of the executable code of the Videogram Creator software on a single CPU residing on your premises and only in conjunction with a QuickVideo weeCam. The term of this Agreement will be for the duration of Alaris' copyright in the Videogram Creator software. You agree that you will not copy the Videogram Creator software except as necessary to use it on a single computer system. You agree that you may not copy the written materials accompanying the Videogram Creator software. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to a third party who agrees in writing to be bound by this Agreement prior to the assignment, and provided that you transfer all copies of the Videogram Creator software and related documentation to the third party or destroy any copies not transferred. Except as set forth above, you may not assign your rights under this Agreement, nor shall you rent, lease, sell, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Videogram Creator software.
2. Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise disassemble the Videogram Creator software except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
3. Copyright. Title and full ownership rights to the Videogram Creator software will remain the exclusive property of Alaris or its suppliers, and you will not acquire any rights to the Videogram Creator software except as expressly set forth above.
4. Maintenance. Alaris is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates to you for the Videogram Creator software. However, any maintenance or updates provided by Alaris shall be covered by the Agreement.
5. Limited Warranty; Disclaimer. ALARIS WARRANTS THAT THE VIDEOGRAM CREATOR SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION AND THAT THE DOCUMENTATION AND DISKETTES ARE FREE FROM ANY PHYSICAL DEFECTS FOR A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE ("LIMITED WARRANTY"). EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, ALARIS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. IF SUCH DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS LIMITED TO 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS HEREIN MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
6. Customer Remedies. In the event the Videogram Creator software does not meet or conform to the Limited Warranty, Alaris' entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at Alaris' option, either to (a) correct the error, (b) help you work around or avoid the error or (c) authorize a refund, so long as the Videogram Creator software documentation and diskettes are returned to Alaris with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Videogram Creator software has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement Videogram Creator software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
7. No Liability for Consequential Damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALARIS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY
KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE VIDEOGRAM CREATOR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ALARIS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Export. You acknowledge that the laws and regulations of the United States restrict the export and re-export of commodities and technical data of United States origin. You may not download or otherwise export or re-export the Videogram Creator software or any underlying information or technology except in full compliance with all United States and other applicable laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify and hold Alaris harmless from and against any and all liability arising from or relating to your breach of this Section 6.
9. U.S. Government Rights. The Videogram Creator software is proprietary, commercial computer software developed exclusively at private expense. If this product is acquired under the terms of a U.S. Government contract, then, pursuant to 48 C.F.R. 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. 227.7202 as applicable, use, duplication or disclosure of the Videogram Creator software by the Government is subject to the restrictions of this License Agreement.
10. Severability. In the event of invalidity of any provision of this Agreement, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Agreement.
11. Governing Law; Attorneys' Fees. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the state and Federal courts sitting in the County of Alameda, California in connection with all disputes arising hereunder. The United Nations
Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically disclaimed. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees in the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
12. Entire Agreement. This is the entire agreement between you and Alaris with respect to the use of the Videogram Creator software which supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
