BROADCOM BCM4401 Wake On Lan readme:
If you want test WOL function Please follow this step :
1. S3/S4/S5 WOL:
In "Network Neighborhood" press Mouse Right key , select "Properties"
in Lan Card "Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller" item Double click mouse,
Select "Advance" page ,change "Wake up Capcbilities" value: from " Wake up frame"
to "Magic Frame", Then can test S3/S4/S5.
2. S1 WOL:
In Device Manager "Network Adaptec"/"Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller"
Double click mouse,Select "Power Managerment",Enable item "Allow this device to bring
the computer out of standby " ,Then can test S1 WOL.
Download Driver Pack

If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
