nVidia PCI Audio Driver for Windows NT 4.0 Installation Guide

Use the following procedure to install the nForce Audio driver software on an
nForce system running Windows NT4.0.
1. Make sure you know the location of the nForce Audio driver software you
are about to install. You will need this information in step 9.
2. Start up your Windows NT4.0 system and log on to the desktop.
3. Click "Start"-> "Settings"-> "Control Panel" (to open the Control Panel window).
4. Double-click the "Multimedia" icon.
5. Click the "Devices" tab.
6. Click the "Add" button.
7. Select "Unlisted or Updated Driver" from the list that appears.
8. Click "OK".
9. Browse for the location of the drivers and then select the location of the
nForce Audio driver software.
e.g. "X:\Drivers\All-in-one\NT4\Audio"( X is the drive you put the support CD).
10. Click "OK".
11. Select "NVIDIA PCI Audio Driver for Windows NT 4.0" from the list that
appears.
12. Click "OK".
13. Select "First NVIDIA PCI Audio Device".
14. Click "OK" and restart your system for the nForce Audio drivers to take effect.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
