PCI Latency Tool v1.02
---------------------------

-Lists all Bus Master PCI devices in the system (non-BM don't have a latency timer)
-Allows to easily program the Latency Timer of multiple devices at once

USAGE:
------

Click on the device you'd like to program. Use CTRL or SHIFT to select multiple devices. Type the new desired latency value into the edit box.

Click Set Now to set the latency immidietly...
	or
Click Add to List to add the new settings to the list. To remove a setting click Del. When satisfied with the settings, click Apply to apply them.

To store the settings from the list in a configuration file, click Save As. To load them into the list, click Open.
To apply the settings from a configuration file, click Apply Cfg.

To refresh the list's contents click ReFresh (when you suspect the latency has been changed by another program).

To apply the settings _from_the_list_ at system startup, select "Apply settings on startup". Those settings are then stored in startup.cfg (in the program's directory).
If the checkbox will be de-selected, startup.cfg will not be deleted. After re-selecting the check-box, the program will attempt to overwrite it without checking its contents.

The program accepts input from command line. Syntax:

LtcyCfg.exe -f:<path_to_config_file>

Example:

LtcyCfg.exe -f:C:\LtcyCfg095\config.cfg

Will apply the settings stored in C:\LtcyCfg095\config.cfg

Pressing OK closes the program saving the current settings in startup.cfg.
Cancel closes without saving.

Settings stored in startup.cfg are loaded into the list at application startup.

NOTES:
-----

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. No warranty of any kind provided.

The inputted latency value is rounded to the closest multiple of 8.

Not all devices have programmable Latency Timers. If a device has a default latency value <= 16, then most likely it's not programmable.

You can update the PCI ID database by downloading a new version and replacing the existing one:
