Installation Instructions

Note:  Make sure your system is set to show all files: In Windows Explorer, go to View, Options.  In View Tab, Select Show All Files.  Then click OK.

For Windows 95/98

1)From Control Panel, double click on the "Display" icon.
2)Click on the "Settings" tab and "Aadvanced Properties" button.
3)Click on the "Monitor" tab in the "Advanced Display Properties" dialog Box, then click the "Change" button.
4)From "Select Device" dialog box, select "Have Disk" button.
5)From "Install from Disk " dialog box, browse to the floppy (A:\ or the path where the source files are located) and select OK.
6)From "Install from Disk Dialog box again, push OK.
7)From "Select Device" dialog box, select your monitor from list and click OK.
8)In next dialog, select Apply and OK.
9)in "Display Properties", select OK.



For Windows 2000

(Please note that the display driver must be installed first before the monitor.inf)

1)From Control Panel, double click on the "Display Icon.
2)Click on the "Settings" tab and then on the "Advanced Display Properties" button.
3)Click on the "Monitor" tab in the "Advanced Display Properties" dialog box, then click the "Properties" button.
4)Click on the "Driver" tab in the "Default Monitor Properties" dialog box, then click on the "Update Driver" button.
5)"Update Device Driver Wizard" appears, click on "Next" button.
6)At the next screen click on "Next" button, with the "Search for a suitable driver..." selected.
7)At the next screen uncheck "Floppy Disk Drives" and "CD-ROM", then check "Specify a location" and click on the "Next" button.
8)"Update Device Driver Wizard" appears where you can type in the path where the files are located.  At this point please type in the letter of the driver and the path to where the files are located ( A:\ or the path where the source files are located) and press okay.
9)The next screen should display the driver, click on Next button.
10)Click on Finish to finish.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
