    Notification:	      
        1. Base on 33h0105A/B.ROM
        2. VGA BIOS V1.16 (b1164031.bin)
	3. This BIOS enables the VP700-745 to upgrade/install Windows 98

    The following issues fixed:
        1. SPR409: HCT7.6 APM1.2 test failure.
        2. SPR427: Docking failure under Win98.
        3. SPR402: Power icon does not report information on battery
                   properly.
        4. SPR436: System changes display mode after S2R/resume.
        5. SPR432: BIOS does not count memory in POST.
        6. SPR336: Battery scope returns incorrect time for time remaining.
        7. Zip drive disappear after system restart.
        8. Test failure with HCT7.6 port class dynamic config.
        9. Under Win98 when LCD turned off then press hotkey to change
           display mode system will lock up.
        10. Incorrect text of password prompt screen in setup menu.
        12. Incorrect KBD typematic rate after system S/R
        13. System hang up when running Brelec rundown test
        14. System hang up when resuming from S2R/S2D in Win98
	15. Fine tune VGA BIOS parameters for VP717 12.1" panel
