Toggle between the Motion Clock and SonicStage to listen to music while the keyboard is closed. Note: Keyboard Closure Setup will launch automatically on system startup. With the VAIO Remote Commander Utility, programs can be controlled by the Remote Commander when the keyboard is open or closed. The VAIO Hardware Setting Tool configures the VAIO Remote Commander Utility and audio and display settings for the computer. Important Notes: Configuring Standby When the Motion Clock is displayed on screen while the keyboard is closed (Audio Postion), the system will not enter standby. Open VAIO Hardware Setting Tool, select "Audio and Video Settings", then check "Standby to put the system into standby whenever the keyboard is closed. While using Screen Savers When a screen saver is active, the Motion Clock cannot not be displayed. Disable the screen saver and close the keyboard when the Windows desktop is visible, to display the Motion Clock. Screen Resolution The Motion Clock can only be displayed in the default desktop resolution, 1280 by 768 pixels, even if the keyboard is closed. The right side of the screen will be cut off when the SonicStage Menu button is selected in full screen mode if the desktop resolution is not 1280 by 768 pixels. Set the Screen resolution to 1280 by 768 pixels when operating SonicStage in full-screen. While using Giga Pocket While recording with Giga Pocket, the Motion Clock will not be displayed when the keyboard is closed. When recording has stopped, the Motion Clock can be displayed again. When the keyboard is closed during a Giga Pocket recording, SonicStage will automatically be closed. If the keyboard is closed while using SonicStage and recording with Giga Pocket, SonicStage will automatically be closed. Uninstalling SonicStage If SonicStage is uninstalled from the computer, the program cannot be launched from the Motion Clock menu. 3. Copyrights Copyright 2003 Sony Corp.
