Installing the driver for Windows 98 Operating System:


1.	Press the Start button and highlight the SETTINGS option. 

2.	From there, select the CONTROL PANEL folder. 

3.	Double click on the DISPLAY icon under Control Panel. 

4.	Select the SETTINGS tab under "Display Properties" window. 

5.	Click on the ADVANCED button. 

6.	Click on the MONITOR tab. 

7.	Click on the CHANGE button, Click on NEXT. 

8.	Select the "Display a list of all drivers" option. Click NEXT. 

9.	Click on the HAVE DISK button 

10.	Type "C:\AOC" 

11.	Click OK in the Install From Disk Window 

12.	Select the "Show All Hardware" option. 

13.	Select the model of your monitor on the list then click NEXT. 

14.	In the Update Driver window you should see you monitor type and the location of the profile listed. Click NEXT 

15.	Click Finish 

16.	Click Close 

17.	Restart the computer

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
