Windows 95 Driver Installation Step 1: Install Windows 95 as you normally would for a VGA display. First click the Start button, go to Settings and click on Control Panel. Choose the Display icon and click on the icon. In the Display Properties window, click on the Settings tab. Then click on Change Display Type. In the Change Display Type window, click on the Change button under Adapter Type. This will bring up the Select Device window. Step 2: In the Select Device window, click on Have Disk. Enter source directory where the Windows 95 driver files are located. Press <ENTER> and the name of the Chips and Technologies Video Controller driver will appear highlighted in the Models list box. Click OK to install the selected driver. Step 3: Once the installation is complete, the Change Display Type window will reappear. Click on Close to close the window. Then the Display Properties window will reappear. Click on Apply. The system must be restarted for new settings to take effect.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
