Mini DVD Player Firmware update sequence

The "SilverCrest" Firmware Update Procedure: 

1. Firmware software downloaded to CD-R disc.

2. Power ON the Mini DVD player and TFT monitor or TV

3. Open the cover of player, then put in the CD-R disc.

4. Close the lid.

5. The Mini DVD player will automatically read, and write data (update procceding). Do not stop or open the cover when the refresh data process is in progress until the update process is completed.

6. When the firmware update is completed, the display of the monitor or TV will be dimmed off. (Darkened)

7. Open the cover of player, then take out the CD-R disc.

8. Turn off the Mini DVD player.

9. Then, turn ON the Mini DVD player again to refresh the new firmware.

10. The update is ok.

NOTE: Please follow the steps carefully and strictly. Do not deviate as it could result in permanent damage to the DVD player.
Using the Firmware update with care and at your own discretion. Typhoon or Silver Crest will not be responsible for the results of the Firmware update and the hardware subsequent condition(s).

Vorgehensweise beim FW-Update:
------------------------------



1. Brennen Sie sich die Datei [SIL CRE free codebank30.rom] auf eine CD.

2. Schalten Sie nun den DVD-Spieler und den Fernseher / Monitor an.

3. Legen Sie die gebrannte CD ein.

4. Das Update erfolgt vollautomatisch, bitte unternehmen Sie nichts und unterbrechen Sie in keinem Fall die Prozedur.

5. Nach erfolgtem Firmware-Update wird der Bildschirm dunkler.

6. Nehmen Sie nun die CD wieder heraus.

7. Schalten Sie den DVD-Spieler für 10 Sekunden aus, dann wieder an.

8. Damit ist das Überspielen der neuen Firmware komplett.


Bitte befolgen Sie dieses Anweisungen genauestens, um Schäden an Ihrem Gerät auszuschließen. Die Benutzung der Firmware erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr, aber i.d.R. treten keinerlei Komplikationen auf.
