Notes for AX4810 Driver for Windows 95/98/NT
This README.TXT file contains notes for AX4810 Utility Driver for
Windows 95/98/NT. Information in this document is more current than that in the manual.
Open this document in Windows Write, Microsoft Word, PE2 or another text

Software Installation Information
------------------------------------------------------------------------
To install this driver from Windows 95/98/NT, run Setup program from the Start Menu.
If you are installing from drive A:
- From the Start menu, choose Run.
- In the Run dialog box, type A:SETUP and choose OK.
The installation program creates directory and copies files to it. You
may change the directory name but we recommend the default directory:
ax4810. The files are added follows:
(1)Under Windows 95/98 system directory:
pcigpib.vxd Virtual device driver for ax4810 for Windows 95/98
AXPGPIB.DLL Dynamic Linking Library for AX4810 driver for Windows .
Under Windows NT 4.0 system directory:
AXPGPIB.DLL
System32\drivers directory:
AX4810.sys
(2)ax4810 directory looks like following:

Notes:If Windows 95/98 display a "New Hardware Found" dialog,you can insert software
driver disk into floppy driver,then windows will guide you to complete installation
of software driver. then run setup program.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
