SOFTWARE DRIVER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE")
IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: By installing, copying or otherwise
using this software and any related printed materials
("Software"), you agree to the terms herein and are authorized to
use the Software. If you do not agree to the terms of this
LICENSE, do not download the Software.
Ownership of Software. You acknowledge and agree that the
Software is proprietary property of Rendition, a division of
Micron Technology, Inc. ("Rendition") and is protected by United
States copyright law and international treaty provisions. Except
as expressly provided herein, Rendition does not grant any
express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights,
trademarks, or trade secret information. You further acknowledge
and agree that all right, title, and interest in and to the
Software, including associated proprietary rights, are and shall
remain with Rendition. This Agreement does not convey to you an
interest in or to the Software, but only a limited right to use,
copy and redistribute the Software in accordance with the terms
of this Agreement. The Software is licensed to you and not sold.
License. Rendition hereby grants you the following rights: You
may use and copy the Software and redistribute it to third
parties, provided that such Software may only be used on
Rendition chip sets. You must maintain all copyright notices on
all copies of the Software, and you may not modify, reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You must keep
this entire archive intact, with no files deleted or modified.
Rendition will not provide any support for your use of the
Software.
Disclaimer Of Warranty. The Software is provided "AS IS" without
warranty of any kind. RENDITION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
RENDITION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR
REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. RENDITION ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY
WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGES YOU MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF THE
SOFTWARE LICENSED HEREIN. ANY AND ALL USE OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL
BE AT THE USER'S OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL RENDITION BE LIABLE
FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF RENDITION HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN
INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY RENDITION OR AN AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE
SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
or the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation on how long
an implied warranty may last, so the above may not apply to You.
Termination. This Agreement will terminate if you fail to comply
with any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Upon such
termination, you shall immediately destroy all copies of the
Software.
General. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
Rendition and you regarding the subject matter hereof and
supersedes all previous oral or written communications between
the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Idaho without regard to its conflicts of law rules.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
