Nor do we recommend installing these drivers "on top of" an existing 3dfx Tools or 3dfx display drivers installation! This will result in very counterproductive occurrences that will only harm your 3dfx experience. Explanation: ------------ Windows XP sometimes forces its own opengl32.dll OpenGL-to-D3D wrapper file to be used, which renders OpenGL useless in such situations. Solution: --------- In a separate operating system or in DOS mode acheived from a bootable diskette, replace the opengl32.dll file in the Windows\System32 directory with the 3dfxOGL.dll file included in this kit, and then rename the 3dfxOGL.dll file you just copied into the directory to opengl32.dll.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
