This tool was designed to enable you to verify which wireless LAN drivers and
software are installed on your computer.

Agere Systems advises you to update or remove such drivers and software
using the standard Microsoft procedures and tools as included with the
operating system of your computer, and documented in the associated help systems.

In situations that these standard procedures do not allow you to uninstall
such drivers successfully, this tool provides you an "Uninstall Option" that will
remove all software and entries in the Windows registry.

Note however that Agere Systems advises against using the Uninstall Option, unless the
standard procedures and policies as recommended by Agere Systems and the
manufacturer of your operating system have failed.

AGERE SYSTEMS PROVIDES THE UNINSTALL OPTION AS A RECOVERY TOOL FOR USE AT YOUR
OWN RISK. ANY WARRANTIES BY AGERE SYSTEMS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY
EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE USER OF THE UNINSTALL OPTION WAIVES ANY CLAIM AGAINST
AGERE SYSTEMS FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT THE USER OF UNINSTALL OPTION MAY INCUR
BY USING THIS TOOL. IN NO EVENT WILL AGERE SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING (AMONG OTHER THINGS)
LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, LOST OR DAMAGED DATA, AND LOST OR DAMAGED SOFTWARE.
