This file describes how to install "ORiNOCO 802.11b USB".
Please follow the instructions below:

1. Execute the program 'Setup.exe'. InstallShield displays the dialog message
   "Welcome to the installShield Wizard for ORiNOCO 802.11b USB". 
   Press 'Next' button to continue.
    
2. InstallShield then displays the LICENSE AGREEMENT dialog. Press 'Yes' button if you 
   agree to the LICENSE.

3. InstallShield displays a "Choose Destination Location" dialog. The default destination folder 
   is "C:\Program Files\ORiNOCO\ComboCard 11b USB". You can press 'Browse' to change to 
   different folder. After that, press 'Next' button to continue.
   
4. InstallShield copies all necessary files on your system, then a dialog contains message
   "InstallShield Wizard Complete" appears. Press 'Finish' button to continue.
   
5. InstallShield performs some operations(such as registry setup), then a dialog appears to ask you
   whether you want to reboot now or later. It is required to reboot your system. If you don't want to 
   reboot now, choose 'I will reboot my computer later'. Press 'Finish' and the installation is complete.
   
6. Congratuations! You have finished installing "ORiNOCO 802.11b USB" on your computer.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
