Proxim Wireless Corportation END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION

BY INSTALLING, LOADING OR USING THE SOFTWARE,
YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, COPY OR INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE.

GRANT OF LICENSE.
The software and documentation accompanying or made available
with this License (the "Software") is owned by Proxim Wireless
Corporation ("Proxim") or its licensors and is protected by
United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
It is licensed, not sold, to end users of Proxim's wireless products.
Proxim grants to you, an end user of Proxim wireless products,
a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, personal license to use
the Software in the manner stated in and subject to the terms
of this License. No other rights are granted or conferred by this
License. The terms of this License will govern any software
upgrades provided by Proxim that replace and/or supplement the
original Software product, unless such upgrade is accompanied
by a separate license in which case the terms of that license
will govern.
USE OF SOFTWARE.
You may use the Software only on or in conjunction with Proxim
wireless products that you own, lease, or otherwise control.
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise
reverse-engineer or make derivative works of the Software.
You may copy the Software for backup or archival purposes;
provided that the copy must include all copyright and other
proprietary notices contained on and with the original.
THE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF
NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION
SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES,
OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE COULD
LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR
ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.
TRANSFER OF SOFTWARE.
You may not sell, rent, or lease the Software; but, in the
event that you transfer the Proxim wireless products with
which the Software is used, you may also transfer the Software
with the Proxim wireless products provided that the individual
who accepts the Software is aware of and agrees to comply
with the terms of this License.
TERM.
This License shall remain in effect indefinitely except that
it will be terminated immediately and without notice in
the event that you fail to comply with any of its terms or
conditions. In the event of such termination, you will lose
all rights to use or transfer the Software or to have it
installed on any computers that you control.
EXPORT CONTROLS.
The Software is subject to United States export laws and
regulations. You may not download, use, or otherwise export
or re-export the Software except as permitted by United States
laws and regulations. By downloading or using the Software,
you are agreeing to the foregoing and representing and
warranting that you are not violating, and will not violate,
those laws and regulations.
GOVERNMENT LICENSEE.
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the United States government
is subject to restrictions as set forth in the Rights in Technical
Data and Computer Software clause at 48 CFR 252.227-7013 and the
Commercial Software-Restricted Rights clause at 48 CFR 52.227-19.
GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY.
This License shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware,
United States of America without regard to its principles of
conflicts of law. The application of the United Nations Convention
on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly
excluded. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction
finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, such
provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it
enforceable and the remainder of this License shall continue in
full force and effect.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT; GOVERNING LANGUAGE.
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
with respect to the Software. No amendment to or modification of
this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Proxim.
Any translation of this License is done for local requirements
and in the event of a dispute between the English and
any non-English versions, the English version of this License
shall govern.
DISCLAIMER.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO
EVENT WILL PROXIM OR ITS LICENSORS, OR THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS OF ANY OF THEM, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING
ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY
TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR ANY DATA SUPPLIED WITH IT, EVEN IF PROXIM
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY
OTHER CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. In no event shall Proxim's
total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be
required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury)
exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
