  Thanks for choosing the NP10T Ethernet 10BaseT PC Card.  Before
  attempting to install the card, we highly recommend that you read
  the User Guide that came with your card in order to install both your
  PCMCIA socket & card services AND your network driver.


  Setup for OS/2 Warp Connect 3.0 and 4.0
  ----------------------------------------------------------------------

  Remove the Ethernet PC Card from your computer.

  Start up your PC.

  When OS/2 starts, double-click on the MPTS icon to open it.

  Click OK, then click on the Configure button.

  Choose the 'LAN adapters and protocols' option.

  Click on Configure, followed by the Other Adapters button.

  Put the Ethernet PC Card driver disk into drive A.

  When asked for the path to the disk, type a:\os2\ndis2 and click OK.

  OS/2 will copy the files it needs to your system.

  Scroll through the 'Network Adapters' list until you reach
  'Network Everywhere Ethernet 10BaseT PC Card.'

  Click on the Add button.  The card's entry will appear in the
  'Current Configuration' box.

  Next, use the protocol 'Add' button to add the protocols you
  want to use.  (If you need help, talk to your network's system
  administrator).

  When done, click OK.

  Choose your configuration settings, if any.  When finished, click Close.

  Click Exit, Exit, OK, then Exit.  Restart your PC.

  Put the Ethernet PC Card in your computer's PCMCIA slot.
  OS/2 will automatically recognize the plug-and-play card.

  The card is fully installed.  Refer to your OS/2 networking
  instructions to access the other computers and resources on your
  network.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
