IMPORTANT: READ THIS NOTICE BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE


NOKIA MOBILE PHONES LICENSE AGREEMENT


This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Nokia Mobile Phones
Ltd. (hereinafter Nokia). This License Agreement applies to the copy of the
proprietary Nokia Card Phone Linux driver software that is made available to
download from Nokia's server or stored on this diskette(s) (hereinafter Software). 
Nokia is willing to license the Software to you only upon the condition that
you accept all terms contained in this agreement. Please, read the terms 
carefully before installing the Software, as installing the Software will 
indicate that you accept the terms. If you do not agree to these terms, 
then Nokia is unwilling to license the Software to you, in which event you 
should cancel the installation.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
  
1.1	Nokia grants you the right to install the Software on the local hard
	disk(s) and use the Software and use the Software on a single 
	computer or terminal at a time.

1.2	You may not use, modify, or transfer the right to use the Software
	or any copy thereof except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

1.3	You may transfer all of your rights on a permanent basis, provided
	that you transfer all copies of the Software and the recipient 
	agrees to the terms of this License Agreements.

1.4	You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software 
	except to the extent such acts may not be prohibited by law in the 
	country of use.

2. COPYRIGHT

Software and all copyright and other rights in it are owned by Nokia or its 
suppliers and are protected by international treaty provisions and all 
other applicable national laws.

3. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

3.1	You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying the 
	Software.

3.2	Nokia may terminate this Agreement, if you fail to comply with its
	terms and conditions. Upon such termination you shall destroy the 
	Software and any copy of it. 

4. NO WARRANTY

4.1	The Software is being delivered to you AS IS and Nokia makes no 
	warranty as to its use or performance. NOKIA AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE
	NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD 
	PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
	WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY BY NOKIA OR ANY
	OTHER PARTY OR PERSON THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE
	WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE
	WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY
	FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS,
	AND FOR THE INSTALLATION, USE AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IT. 

4.2	NOKIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, 
	WITHOUT LIMITATION COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, 
	PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, INTERRUPTION OF
	BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL 
	DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE,
	EVEN IF NOKIA OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR THE OTHER PARTY OR PERSON HAS
	BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions
	do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, 
	consequential or special damages, the above limitation may not 
	apply to you. 


5. EXPORT CONTROL

You agree to follow all export control regulations relating Software.

6. APPLICABLE LAW 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland.
