Este mini-driver no sirve para que instales tu placa FAST AVMaster en tu PC con WindowsXP (para ello, nece- sitaras instalar el driver completo para WindowsNT). En cambio, te servirá para que tu PC con WindowsXP pueda mostrar, reproducir, editar y codificar tus videos capturados con AVMaster (ya sea en el pasado o en otra PC que tiene instalada la placa). El mini-driver basicamente instala el codec de AVMaster en tu PC con XP para que este reconozca los archivos AVI generados por AVMaster, permitiéndole trabajar con ellos. Hay una ventaja profunda al instalar este mini-driver en vez del paquete completo, y es que evitas cargar tu sistema con archivos y librerías innecesarias y que muchas veces con- flictuan con otros dispositivos como pueden ser los drivers MJPG instalados por las camaras de fotos digitales para mostrar sus propios videos. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
