INTEL DRIVER, CONFIGURATION UTILITY & SAMPLE CODE TEST LICENSE
AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: By installing, testing or using the Drivers, Configuration
Utility or Sample Code, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. Do
not install, test or use the Drivers, Configuration Utility or Sample
Code until you have carefully read and agreed to the following terms
and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do
not install, test or use the Drivers, Configuration Utility or Sample
Code, and promptly return the unopened package to Intel Corporation.
DRIVERS and CONFIGURATION UTILITY LIMITED LICENSE: Subject to the
terms of this Agreement, Intel grants you the non-exclusive, non-
transferable, personal license to copy the included software drivers
("Drivers") and Configuration Utility onto a single computer and use
these Drivers and Configuration Utility for your internal testing and
compatibility purposes in conjunction with your product(s)
incorporating or operating with an Intel graphics accelerator product
only. You may also make one (1) copy of the Drivers and Configuration
Utility for your back-up or archival purposes only. You shall not use
the Drivers or Configuration Utility for any other purpose. You may
also transfer the Drivers and Configuration Utility if the recipient
agrees to all the terms of this Agreement with respect to the Drivers
and Configuration Utility and you retain no full or partial copies of
the Drivers and Configuration Utility or any accompanying
documentation on any media. Transfer of the Drivers and Configuration
Utility ends your license to use either the Drivers or the
Configuration Utility.
SAMPLE CODE LIMITED LICENSE: Subject to the terms of this Agreement,
Intel grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license
to use, copy, modify, and compile the included example interface or
application source code ("Sample Code") and distribute Sample Code, in
source and/or object code form, in your own product(s) incorporating
or operating with an Intel graphics accelerator product.
Configuration For the purposes of this Agreement, the Drivers Utility
and Sample Code shall collectively be referred to as "Software".
RESTRICTIONS: Except as specifically permitted in this Agreement, You
shall not:
1.Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell or otherwise transfer
any part of the Software.
2.Reverse-compile, disassemble or otherwise reverse-engineer the
Software provided in object code form.
3.Make any statement that your product is "certified" or that its
performance is guaranteed by Intel.
4.Use Intel's name, trademarks or logos to market any product
without Intel's written permission.
In addition, you will be solely responsible for any Software update or
support obligations or other liability arising hereunder.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF SOFTWARE: Title to the Software and all
copies thereof remain with Intel or its suppliers. The Software is
copyrighted and protected by United States copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. You will not remove the copyright
notice from the Software or any copies thereof. You agree to prevent
any unauthorized copying of the Software. Except as expressly provided
herein, Intel does not grant any express or implied right to you under
Intel patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: INTEL MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING
THE SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE ISLICENSED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.
INTEL WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT, TRAINING, ASSISTANCE,
INSTALLATION, OR OTHER SERVICES. INTEL WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY UPDATES,
ENHANCEMENTS OR EXTENSIONS. INTEL SPECIFICALLYDISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: INTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING
UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS: The Software and documentation are
provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS." Use, duplication or disclosure by
the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-
14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or its successor. Use of the Software
by the Government constitutes acknowledgment of Intel's proprietary
rights in the Software.
TERMINATION: Intel may terminate this Agreement at any time by written
notice to You. Intel's right to terminate is in addition to any other
rights Intel may have. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason,
You will cease use of the Software and either return to Intel or
destroy all copies of Software and verify their destruction.
APPLICABLE LAWS: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United
States and the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of laws
provisions. You will not export or use the Software in violation of
U.S. export laws and regulations.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
