Please save any work you wish to keep to a SmartMedia card, or via MIDI. 1) Connect the MIDI In of XV-5080 to the MIDI Out of the sequencer with the MIDI cable. 2) Power on while holding down DEC and A. 3) Press INC to display "Waiting MIDI." 4) Load and play the MIDI files from the sequencer in order. 5) When the update is complete, power off then on. When the update is finished, use the following procedure to reset the XV-5080 and re-load the factory settings: 1) Power on the XV-5080, then press SYSTEM twice. 2) Press F6 [MENU] to select Menu 3. 3) Press F6 [FACTORY] twice. 4) If "Memory Write Protected" is displayed, Press DEC, then press F6 twice. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
