Installing the PCI Fast Ethernet Drivers
Under Artisoft LANtastic 6.x

The NDIS driver currently is supported for LANtastic version 6.x only.
The NDIS driver for Artisoft LANtastic follows Microsoft's NDIS
specification version 2.0.1
The PCI FastEthernet Adapter driver files contained in this directory
are as follows:

* Installation Procedure Steps *
**********************************
1. Run the LANtastic INSTALL program to install LANtastic and answer
all questions.
2. Under "Select Network Adapter" dialogue box, select "NDIS Support
for Network Adapters".
3. Insert this diskette into drive 'A'.
4. Under the "Enter NDIS driver directory" dialogue box, type
A:\LANTASTI
5. After installation completes, you should modify the PROTOCOL.INI
file to specify the SLOT and SIA_Mode, which must be equal to the
parameters specified to the network adapter.
6. To start up the network, execute the STARTNET.BAT batch file.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
