We assume that the PCMCIA Chipset drivers are loaded and functioning. The "System" icon in the "Control Panel" window can report on its functionality. Any question on this layer need to be taken up with the machines manufacturer. 2. After Windows 95 is fully functional and the PCMCIA Chipset drivers are working properly. You can install the "10/100M Fast Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter". 3. Insert the "10/100M Fast Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter" into the PCMCIA Slot. 4. After starting Windows 95, the "10/100M Fast Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter" will be detected automatically then the "New Hardware Found" window appears. 5. Select "Have disk from Manufacture" when request a device driver. 6. Insert the "10/100M Fast Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter" Installation diskette into drive A:. 7. Type "A:\WIN95", then click the "OK" button. 8. The driver will be installed and it may ask for the installation CD/disks. After the installation is complete, Windows 95 will reboot, and the card will be fully functional. 2.0 Installation Notes For Windows 95 OSR2 Users ________________________________________________ 1. Start your PC, then insert the "10/100M Fast Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter" into an available PC Card slot in your PC. 2. After starting Windows 95, the "10/100M Fast Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter" will be detected automatically, then the "Update Device Driver Wizard" window appears. 3. Insert the "10/100M Fast Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter" Installation diskette into drive A:, then click the "Next" button. 4. Windows 95 will start to search floppy drive A: for network driver. 5. Click the "Other Locations..." button, then type "A:\WIN95" in the "Select Other Location" window and click the "OK" button. 6. Click the "Finish" button, then click "OK" button in the "Insert Disk" window. 7. Type "A:\WIN95" in the "Copying Files..." window, then click the "OK" button. 8. The Windows 95 starts to copy the driver to the user's hard disk. 9. Click the "Yes" button to restart your computer when the Windows 95 has finished setting up your hardware.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
