NetWare Remote Boot Installation Guide ======================================= A. Installation Procedure ========================= Following example is executed on Protocol Ethernet_802.2 and Server driver is DM9PCI.COM. 1. Using the steps booted from drive A (see DOS ODI Readme.TXT). Create the Autoexec.bat in Drive A as: LSL DM9PCI IPXODI NETX or VLM F: LOGIN 2. After you booting from Drive A, do following actions: In Server :Load rpl frame=ethernet_802.2 :Bind rpl to DM910X In Workstation F:>cd\system F:SYSTEM>dosgen F:SYSTEM>copy net$dos.sys f:\login F:SYSTEM>logout 3. Power off your PC, remove diskette from drive A, and power on again. B. Install BOOTCONF.SYS ======================= 1. Rename the NET$DOS.SYS to PRO200WL.SYS(can use any name you want). 2. Create BOOTCONF.SYS in SYS:\LOGIN directory if you have multiple boot images. 3. The BOOTCONF.SYS file format(TXT) is as below: Node ID Number = Boot images files Example: Single Boot Images 0x0080ADxxxxxx = NE2000.SYS 0x0080ADxxxxxx = PRO200WL.SYS Example: Multiple Boot Images 0x0080ADxxxxxx = NE2000.SYS PRO200WL.SYS 0x*,* = NE2000.SYS PRO200WL.SYS (All the node)Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
