Reprogramming Buttons remotely: Each user definable button has a corresponding .bcf file that is installed on the client's hard drive as part of the Easy Access software installation. By default, the .bcf files are located in C:\Program Files\Compaq\Easy Access Keyboard. Reprogramming a button remotely requires access to the client's machine where the .bcf file is stored. A sample bcf file contents: [Settings] Disable=0 CurrentLink=Compaq|http://www.compaq.com/ [pre-defined links] Url0=DirectPlus|http://www.directplus.compaq.com/ Url1=Mute|11 Url2=Volume Dn|10 Url3=Volume Up|9 Locking a Button: As an administrator, you can lock any of the Easy Access Buttons. Once locked, the user cannot reprogram any buttons without modifying the .bcf file. To lock a button, change the value of the parameter Disable under [Settings] to 1.Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
