[About this software]

This software controls the Roland UA-100G (UA-100) with Windows 2000.
For using this software, the UA-100 USB Driver must be installed in
your computer.


[Installation]

1. Start Windows, and log on as Administrator.
2. Run the Setup.exe
3. Continue installation according to the displayed instruction.


[Uninstallation]

1. Start Windows, and log on as Administrator.
2. Click the "Start" button, point to "Settings", and then click on 
   "Control Panel."
3. Double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
   "Add/Remove Programs" dialog will be opened.
4. Click on the "Change or Remove Programs" icon.
5. Click "UA-100 Controller" in the list in the dialog.
6. Click the "Change/Remove" button.
7. After uninstalling, restart Windows.


[Known Problems]
- In the Effect window, the sign of value is not displayed correctly.

- The following problem has been found on the UA-100 Controller if 
  used with Cubase VST32 5.0.

  - If you start Cubase first, then UA-100 Controller, Cubase cannot 
    be exited normally. Please be sure to start UA-100 Controller 
    first, then start Cubase.

owing to the environmental cause or software applications you are 
using.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
