F/W ID 009.324KSFC-727 April 3th 2006 English To upgrade the NDVX 2501 firmware please follow here below instruction: 1. Extract the WinZip file in a folder (for istance C:\UPGRADE) 2. Record the two .BIN files (30640001.BIN and 30640002.BIN) in a CD-R or CD-RW disc by using the following parameters: Folder: ROOT (Do not create folder or subfolder) File System: ISO 9660 Level 1 CD-ROM Mode: MODE 1 Multi Session: No (Close the CD) 3. Power ON the NDVX 2501 player and open the tray. 4. Put the recorded CD disc with firmware upgrade in the tray and close it. 5. After few seconds the SMART UPGRADE procedure will start. Confirm the update by pressing ENTER in the remote control or wait that the contdown finishes. 6. When the upgrade procedure will finish the player will power off. 7. Power ON the DVD Player and remove the CD disc from the tray. Now you can power ON the DVD Player and test the new firmware version. Italiano Per aggiornare il firmware del lettore DVD NDVX 2501 procedere come segue: 1. Decomprimere il file WinZip in una cartella del disco fisso (Esempio C:\UPGRADE). 2. Registrare i due files .BIN (30640001.BIN e 30640002.BIN) in un CD-R oppure CD-RW vergine utilizzando i seguenti parametri: Cartella: Root (non creare nessuna cartella o sottocartella) CD-ROM Mode: MODE 1 Multi Session: No (Chiudere il CD) 3. Accendere il lettore NDVX 2501 e aprire il vassoio porta disco. 4. Inserire il CD registrato contenente l'aggiornamento del firmware sul vassoio quindi chiuderlo. 5. Dopo alcuni istanti inizierà la procedura di aggiornamento SMART UPGRADE. Confermare l'aggiornamento premendo ENTER sul telecomando (<o>) oppure attendere che il conto alla rovescia finisca. 6. Terminata la procedura di aggiornamento il lettore si spegnerà automaticamente. 7. Accendere il lettore e rimuovere il disco dal vassoio. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
