    1. Start your PC, then insert the Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter
       into an available PC Card slot in your PC.

    2. After starting Windows XP, the Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter
       will be detected automatically, then the " Welcome to the 
       Found New Hardware Wizard " window appears.

    3. Click " Install from a list or specific location [Advanced]"
       ,when the wizard ask you " What do you want the wizard to do?"
   
       Then click the 'Next' button in the Wizard window.
   
    4. Please choose your search in the wizard,
       Cilck "Don't search. I will choose the driver to install."
       Click 'Next'
         
    5. The Windows will ask you " What network adapter do you want to 
       install? " 
       Click ' Have Disk..'

    6. There will appear a " Install from disk " window ,
       Insert the Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter installation diskette into drive A.
       Specific the driver's location 
        'A:\winxp' , Click 'OK'

    7. Then , you will choose the " Ethernet PCMCIA Adapter "
       Click 'Next'
       
    8. Then, the Windows starts to copy the Ethernet PCMCIA 
       Adapter driver to the user's hard disk.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
