we will hear a pop noise after 80 ms when we pause or stop
the audio. That's because the DSM function of VT1612A/VT1616
has a problem. So we disable the DSM function for this
codec.

Volume Control Toggle, in the initialization process.
However the codec is reset while power state changed to

The control method is as following:
(i) If SW modem not exist, the ac-link will power down by audio driver.
(ii) If SW modem exist, the power down control owner depends on the modem
vender semaphore. The owner maybe Audio or SW Modem.
(n) For AC3 format rate setting, we change the wrong 44.1K rate to correct 48K rate.
(o) Set the 3D stereo enhanced default setting to disable.

(b) For Direct Sound API, we use the CODEC VRA to replce
our SW SRC. For Legacy wave API(MMSYSTEM), we use SW SRC.
