        End-User Software License Agreement
DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE UNTIL YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE AGREEMENT OF CASIO (CASIO AGREEMENT).
CASIO AGREEMENT GIVEN BELOW SHALL BE APPLIED TO PROGRAM, DOCUMENTATION AND OTHER MATERIALS (COLLECTIVELY, "Software") WITH THIS SOFTWARE CREATED BY CASIO, AND TO GENERAL USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
CASIO AGREEMENT IS DISPLAYED HERE SO YOU CAN READ IT BEFORE INSTALLING THE PROGRAM. INSTALLING THE PROGRAM ENCLOSED WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASIO AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASIO AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE "Software".

CASIO AGREEMENT

1. License
The Software enclosed is licensed, not sold to you by CASIO COMPUTER CO., LTD. (CASIO) for use under the terms of this software license.
a. This non-exclusive license allows you to use the Software on a SINGLE computer at any one time. You may only use the software on one CPU.
b. Installing this Software onto a network server is considered to be a violation of this license.

2. Copying and Alteration
This license allows you to make one copy of the Software in machine readable form on floppy diskette or hard disk, provided that such copy is used only for backup purpose. Otherwise, you are not allowed to copy or alter the Software yourself, or to allow other parties to copy or alter the Software. Reproduction of the documentation provided with this Software is expressly forbidden.

3. Transfer
a. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, resell, distribute, transmit, network or create derivative works based upon this software or any part thereof. This license does NOT grant you the right to sub-license this software to another party.
b. You may transfer the Software and all rights under this license to another party together with a copy of this license, and all documentation accompanying the Software, provided the other party agrees in writing to accept the terms and conditions of this license. In the case of such a transfer, you must supply all current and past versions of this Software covered by this license to the other party. You must also delete all copies of this Software that are in your possession. Transfer of this Software shall be prohibited if all of the above conditions are not met.

4. Reverse Engineering
You may NOT de-compile, reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human understandable format.

5. Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Damages and Remedies
a. CASIO warrants that the CD-ROM or the FD on which the Software is stored to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase of this product. CASIO will replace or repair defective distribution media or media physically damaged during the production processed at no charge for the duration thereof.
This warranty does not apply if the problem is due to alteration, modification, or misuse of the product, damage caused by the user dropping the product or otherwise subjecting it to strong impact, damage resulting from any of the above by another party, or damage resulting from an act of God.
b. In the case of damage that occurs within the 90-day warranty period but does not meet the criteria described in paragraph a. above, the user can make a written request to CASIO describing the cause of the damage and CASIO may, at its own discretion, agree to replace the products.
c. CASIO makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability, quality, functionality, performance or fitness of either the CD-ROM or the FD or the information provided on it. This software is licensed "AS IS." It is solely the responsibility of the consumer to determine the Software's suitability for a particular purpose or use.
d. The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability
Except for the warranties expressly stated in section 5 above, CASIO will in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from any defect, error, or omission in the Software or manual or from any other events including, but not limited to, any interruption of service, loss of business, loss of profits or good will, legal action or any other consequential damages. The user assumes all responsibility arising from the use of the software.
CASIO's liability for damages to you or others will in no event exceed the total amount paid by you for this Software.

7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by informing CASIO in writing of your intention to do so.

8. Cancellation
This license terminate immediately without any notice from CASIO if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.

9. Action Following Termination or Cancellation
Upon termination or cancellation of this license agreement in accordance with sections 7 or 8 above, the user will not be allowed further use of the Software and shall destroy the Software, and manual and all copies thereof.

10. Other
a. This license will be construed under the laws of the country of Japan, except for that body of law dealing with conflicts of laws.
b. Any and all disputes arising under this agreement shall come under the sole jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
c. This product may not be exported outside the country where this product was purchased either physically or by means of transmission over an international network.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
