We recommend you to install this program if you have problems on IrDA or Game-X Applications when you use the CASSIOPEIA E-115. <<Installing CASIO Update File Version 2.10>> 1. Connect your Pocket PC and PC before downloading Update File Version 2.10 to your Pocket PC. 2. Double click the Setup.exe and operate PC according to messages. 3. Once installation is completed, reset the Pocket PC by pressing the reset button. If you don't press the reset button, program don't work. (Memory contents are not erased even if the reset button is pressed.) ## The message "On the next mobile device connection, the installed applications will be downloaded to the device." will be displayed, if you install Update File Version 2.10 without connecting your Pocket PC and PC. Tap "OK". ## You need to re-install this program when the memory on Pocket PC is initialized. You don't need to re-install this program when you only press the reset button. ## The message ""CASIO Update File Version 2.10" is already installed. Do you want to proceed with the re-install/upgrade?" indicates that CASIO Update File Version 2.10 is already installed on your Pocket PC. In this case, we recommend that you cancel the installation, use the "Remove Programs" applet on the Pocket PC /Start/Settings to remove the existing CASIO Update File Version 2.10, and then re-install it. <<Uninstalling CASIO Update File Version 2.10>> 1. Tap "Start/Settings/Remove Programs" on Pocket PC. 2. Tap "CASIO Update File Version 2.10" and tap "Remove". 3. Tap "Yes" when the message "The selected program will be permanently removed. You may reload it from your desktop computer. Are you sure you want to remove it ?" is displayed. 4. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
