Software License Agreement

1. Grant of License
American Megatrends, Inc. ("AMI") grants you, the original licensee, the limited right to use one (1) copy of the enclosed AMI software program(s) in object code form only (the SOFTWARE) on a single terminal connected to a single computer. The SOFTWARE may be installed on a network server only for use by a specific individual. Additional node versions of the SOFTWARE must be licensed from AMI for use by more than one (1) user on the network, on AMI's current licensing term, and the provitions of this agreement apply to those users. You may not use the SOFTWARE on a second computer without express permission from AMI.
2. Copyright
This SOFTWARE, its component parts and user interface, and associated documentation, are owned by AMI or its suppliers and are protected by the United States law and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat this SOFTWARE and all related documentation like any other copyrighted material except that you may either: (a) make one (1) copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup and archival purposes, or (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk, provided you keep the original solely for backup and archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.
3. Other restrictions
You may not rent, sublicense, lease, or distribute the SOFTWARE, by any means or in any form, but you may transfer the original diskette(s)/CD of the SOFTWARE and original written documentation on a one-time basis provided you retain no copies of the SOFTWARE and written materials and the recepient assumes all of the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
