AMI MegaRAC Firmware Version 2.1 Patch Build Date: January 31,2000
============================================================================
Bug fixes:
----------
1. Fixed problem with option ROM obtaining I/O base address if card not located on PCI bus 0.
2. Modified on board battery monitor process not to allow battery to fully discharge. Limit battery support to 30 minutes then shutdown card. The monitoring process will issue an informational event when card is running on battery power only. A warning event will be issued when the battery drops below the upper boundary. If the card has been running on battery power for 30 minutes, the card will issue a critical event then will shut itself down.
3. Fixed problem with MD5 CHAP authentication failing when 8 byte key generated.
4. Fixed problem with redirection aborting when another TCP/IP session with the card terminated.

AMI MegaRAC Firmware Version 2.1 Build Date: October 26,1999
=============================================================================
Bug fixes:
----------
1. MegaRAC causing Netware 4.11 SP6 DHCP server to unload.
2. Changed cold start process to tie PCI reset to local CPU until firmware ready to process reset interrupt. This to ensure Disable PCI Retry set in ASIC.
3. Changed HHF monitoring to distinguish between system being powered off and a PCI 5V failure. Also determines if system powered off via MegaRAC.
4. Fix for battery charge count not always incrementing.
5. Fix for modem extra init string not being processed correctly.
6. Reduced default heartbeat timout value from 900 seconds to 15 seconds.
7. Introduced separate timeout for Auto Recovery (default value 900 seconds).
8. Increased timeout for checking Bus Master Enabled to maximum of 2 minutes. Previous value did not ensure enough time to clear enable bit in interrupt mask during reset.
9. Option ROM: Removed infinite loop waiting for card to become ready. Will wait for up to 2 minutes.
10. Option ROM: Changed not to hook interrupts unless virtual boot feature initiated by remote.
11. Option ROM: Changed to report I/O base address to card.
12. Changed default IP address from 10.0.0.1 to 127.0.0.1 (loopback address)to prevent address conflicts before card is configured
13. Fixed problem not recognizing card after system reset.
14. Fix for firmware resetting on IPMI access.
15. Fix for check for IPMI presence.
16. Fix for ALT Enter expanding DOS window and not displying text until change occurs.
17. Fix for Get All POST Logs command returning 0 as first code.

v2.1 features:
--------------
1. Hardware Health Function support for IPMI sensors
2. Remote floppy support (virtual boot feature)
3. Remote file transfer support (remote to host)
4. Basic card configuration through PCI option ROM (<ALT><M>)
