Thank you for choosing the enclosed Symbios Logic Inc.  software.  In
return for acquiring a license to use this software and related
documentation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.COPYRIGHT.  The software is owned by Symbios Logic Inc.  and is
  protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty
  provisions.  You may not alter or remove any copyright notices which
  Symbios Logic Inc.  has caused to appear in the software or
  documentation.

2.OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  You may not rent, lease, distribute, market,
  sublicense the software.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile or
  disassemble any portion of the software.

3.WARRANTY.  Symbios Logic Inc.  warrants that the Licensed Software,
  when properly installed on your hardware, will comply with the
  current documentation.  This warranty will be effective for six
  months following your receipt of the Licensed Software.  Symbios
  Logic Inc.  does not and cannot warrant the performance or results
  you may obtain by using the software or documentation.  Your sole
  remedy for a breach of this warranty will be a refund of monies paid
  to Symbios Logic Inc.  by you for the Licensed Software that Symbios
  Logic Inc.  is unable to materially correct.  Any corrections made
  by Symbios Logic Inc.  will be warranted for the remaining unexpired
  portion of the warranty period specified above or three months,
  whichever is longer.

  Symbios Logic Inc.  warrants that Symbios Logic Inc.  is the owner
  of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Software,
  or otherwise has sufficient rights in the Licensed Software to grant
  you the licenses and other rights set forth in this Agreement, and
  that there are, to the best of Symbios Logic Inc.'s knowledge, no
  claims, disputes, or proceedings pending or anticipated which affect
  either the rights granted to you hereunder or the warranties and
  representations made to you hereunder.

4.NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall Symbios
  Logic Inc.  be liable for any special, incidental, indirect,
  consequential or punitive damages (including, without limitation,
  damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of
  business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
  use or inability to use this Symbios Logic Inc.  product, even if
  Symbios Logic Inc.  has been advised of the possibility of such
  damages.

5.U.S.  GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  The software and documentation
  are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or
  disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth
  in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and
  Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs
  (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted
  Rights at 48 CFR 52.227 19, as applicable.  Manufacturer is Symbios
  Logic Inc., 1635 Aeroplaza drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80916.

6.This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
