WDM Audio Driver Information (2005-07-22)


This directory contains the WDM Audio Driver for the CardDeluxe.
This driver is supported on the following platforms:
  * Windows 2000, Service Pack 3 (or later)
  * Windows XP

Please see the file "Version.txt" for information on what features are not
available in this driver release.


The x64 subdirectory contains a BETA release of the 64-bit WDM Audio driver
for the CardDeluxe.
This BETA DRIVER is supported on the following platforms:
  * Windows XP x64 Edition

All beta release software, including the x64 BETA DRIVER, is pre-release beta
software that is still a work in progress.  Some features may not yet be
available, and some features may not work at all.  In addition, because
the BETA DRIVER is pre-release beta software, there is a possibility that

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
