                             Quick Start Guide

Hardware installation:
1.Turn OFF all power of your system.
2.Unfasten the cover mounting screws on your system and remove the system cover.
3.To install the ISDN PCI card in the PCI slot.
4.Replace the computer cover.Secure the cover with the mounting screws you removed in Step 2.
5.Plug in the ISDN line to phone jace (S/T interface).
You have now completed the installation of your ISDN PCI card on your system.

Driver installation:
  Driver for all major operating systems(Windows 95/98/2000/NT4.0/Me/XP).
  For more detailed information, please refer to manual file in Drivers CD.

Browse the Drivers CD:
X is the letter of your CD-ROM drive.
X:\W6692_9x\ subdirectory contains all driver files for Windows 95/98.
X:\W6692_2K\ subdirectory contains all driver files for Windows 2000 professional.
X:\W6692_NT\ subdirectory contains all driver files for Windows NT 4.0.
X:\W6692_Me\ subdirectory contains all driver files for Windows Me.
X:\W6692_XP\ subdirectory contains all driver files for Windows XP.

Browse the Manual CD:
X is the letter of your CD-ROM drive.
X:\Manaul.htm is user's manual by HTML format.
  (Recommand to use IE5.0 later)

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
