Driver Interface Specification (NDIS) Version 3.0, supporting Microsoft
Windows NT V3.51 environment. The driver and the related file are
located in the directory \NT351 of the shipped disk.

2. Contents of the Subdirectory:

      PNPND.SYS The NDIS3 driver.

                      NDIS driver under Windows NT.

3. Installation

   1) If Windows NT operating system is being installed, select other
manufacturers from the network adapter card options and skip to
      step 6 to continue.
